Yesterday morning I drew this gorgeous little bird, coloured pencils on pastel paper. I'm so happy with the way it turned out. Thanks to UK photographer Judy Kennett for the use of her beautiful photo as a reference.
I love this piece! You really captured the softness of this little bird. It's beautiful. I use to be in the commercial art/marketing field. With your first name and the fact that you do birds extremely well it would be a wonderful twist to do a whole series like this and post them on another blog as "Cat the Bird Artist". Or even approach a gallery in your area with this in mind. It's memorable. Congratulations! This is really wonderful:-)
